Shipping and Policies
So, you like to get in to the detail huh? I like you already. I started this shop to help support the conservation of Australian Wildlife by sharing my work with people who enjoy it. All profits from this store go to that cause.
All my packaging is as environmentally-friendly as it can be. I’ve gone to great lengths to find biodegradable and recycled packaging for everything I send.
My work is professionally printed with archival inks on some of the finest papers available. I wouldn’t sell stuff I wouldn’t be willing to buy personally. If you’re not satisfied with that then you’re really hard to please which just makes me like you more.
All prices are in Australian dollars. PayPal takes care of the conversion automatically.
Paying with PayPal is the most secure way of getting your money to me on this site. I don’t accept mailed personal cheques or money orders (even though all the really old people in my life say that I should). If you would like alternative payment options, you can purchase some of my prints through Etsy.
Prints ship within 7 business days of placing your order and they ship from Australia. Depending on where you live, it can take up to 3-10 working days to get to you. I’ll be sure to let you know when I’ve posted them.
I offer free shipping worldwide. What this means is that I send all prints via regular Australia Post (air mail if it’s an international order) unless you specifically want me to do otherwise. If you need it quickly or would like a registered post option that gives you a tracking number, just send me an email and I can let you know the additional charges based on where you need it sent.
Stock levels that appear on my website are not automated but I do my best to keep them up to date. If you have ordered something that is out of stock of I will contact you immediately to give you an update. Because my prints are professionally created, they take time – typically, getting an out-of-stock print to you adds about 5 days to the shipping time.
All prints are shipped in a biodegradable cellophane pocket with a stiff cardboard backing to reduce bending and increase protection against rough handling. This is then placed inside a 90% recycled rigid mailer, I pretty up the envelope and send it on its way via regular post.
The cello bag provides some protection against wet weather but if it’s going overseas I would be more than happy for you to pay a little bit extra and I can put it in a weatherproof mailing bag, just to be sure.
Refunds and Exchanges
I like to put a little ‘fun’ in refund. If you’re disappointed with your item when you receive it, just return it to me in the same packaging and I’ll send your money back asap unless you’d rather an exchange or some other alternative. I only started this shop to put a smile on the faces of people who own my art. It’s not the end of the world if something bad happens, it’s just a print, so either way, let’s still be friends.
If you want to exchange it, exchanges can be made within 7 days of payment. Again, the easiest thing to do is just message me and we can arrange it together.
If an item is taking longer in the mail than you think it should or you think it might be lost, contact me and I’ll do everything to find it including my standard Pterydactyl flyover.
